Q: What time will my delivery arrive?
A: We are unable to provide an exact time for when your delivery will take place. Our smaller items are delivered via Interlink Express who deliver between 8am and 3pm. Our larger items are dispatched on pallets via Night Freight and are delivered between 8am and 5pm.
Q: Will the courier bring the items into my house?
A: No. All our larger items are kerbside deliveries. The goods will be palletised so you may need someone to be available to help you to inspect and unload the delivery into your property. Our smaller items, which are delivered by Interlink Express, will be delivered to your door, but no further.
Q: What happens if my delivery arrives damaged?
A: We package all our items securely but damage may be caused during transit. Please be sure to inspect all items as the delivery takes place, and do not sign for the item until you have inspected it. If the goods are damaged, either sign for it as “Damaged” and inform us immediately or reject the entire delivery.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron. We are also able to accept bank transfers, however, you will need to contact us first to arrange this. All our credit and debit card transactions are processed securely via Sage Pay (formerly Protx) for your security. We do not hold any card information.
Q: I have emailed you but no one has emailed me back, what do i do now?
A: Please allow up to 2 working days to receive a response to any email. We try and give each customer a pleasurable experience, but this does mean spending extra time with each customer to make sure you all have the exceptional service that we try to offer.
Q: I am a trader, do you offer any discounts?
